2024 SJM ASIA TOP SOMMELIER SUMMIT

From 14 to 18 October 2024, Macau will witness the return of the prestigious "Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Program" and "SJM Asia Top Sommelier Summit 2024". In co-organising these events, SJM Resorts showcases its dedication to elevating Macau's wine community, reinforcing the city's reputation as a global epicurean hub and offering a diverse programme of attractions to attract more international visitors to the city.

The Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Program will mark the second time this premier international certification course has been held at Grand Lisboa Macau. SJM is pleased to support Macau's professional sommeliers with training and accreditation for their knowledge of wine and abilities in service and beverage management.

Directly following the Court, the SJM Asia Top Sommelier Summit 2024 will take place at the Macau Tower Convention and Entertainment Centre, bringing together the industry's best from different regions. Comprising some of the industry's most important awards and competitions, the Summit will include the esteemed 16th Asia Wine Spirits Awards by Sommeliers, judged by a panel of master sommeliers, and the highly anticipated 16th China National Sommelier Competition, the longest-running, wine industry-related Chinese competition to be held in Macau again. The Summit will also include the 12th ceremony for the China's Wine List of the Year Awards, recognising the best wine and beverage lists of China's finest restaurants.
