For this event, SJM will gather four distinguished chefs from Europe and Asia – Chef Julien Tongourian from Robuchon au Dôme in Macau, Chef Heinz Beck from La Pergola in Italy, Chef Sven Wassmer from Memories in Switzerland and Chef Hideaki Matsuo from Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama in Japan. Each restaurant has been recognised with three MICHELIN Stars and achieving the highest levels of award-winning gastronomy. Now, for one night only, the four chefs will bring their specialties to the table as cultures and innovation collide in a gastronomic adventure that pays tribute both to the diversity of cuisines offered by SJM and to Macau's ever-evolving culinary landscape as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

Chef Julien Tongourian
Robuchon au Dôme in Macau
Since his career began in 1996, Chef Tongourian has dedicated himself to mastering contemporary French cuisine. As Executive Chef of Robuchon au Dôme, he has infused the restaurant's menu with his distinctive style and flair while upholding its legacy from previous masters. Under his leadership, the restaurant has continued its unbroken string of three MICHELIN Stars for 15 consecutive years.

Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama in Japan
