Chef Ken Chan
Guangdong native Chef Ken Chan has cultivated his expertise in Cantonese cuisine for more than four decades. As Executive Chef of Le Palais in Taipei, he infuses his creations with heartfelt care, focus and passion, skilfully incorporating local and seasonal ingredients to deliver refined and authentic expressions of Cantonese flavour. Under his masterful leadership, Le Palais has maintained an unbroken record of three MICHELIN Stars for eight consecutive years since 2018.
