(STDM) proudly continue their rich gastronomic legacy with an impressive achievement of ten MICHELIN stars across eight establishments recognised by the prestigious MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong | Macau 2026 – the most in Hong Kong and Macau.
At Grand Lisboa Macau, Robuchon au Dôme has maintained its exalted three MICHELIN Star rating for the 18th consecutive year, while The Eight has once again clinched two Stars, maintaining its record of MICHELIN recognition for a 18th year. Meanwhile, at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, Zuicho has once again achieved a dazzling one MICHELIN Star in the Guide. This year, Palace Garden and Don Alfonso 1890 both debuted in the Guide with one MICHELIN Star each.
SJM also celebrates the success of Hong Kong's L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, operated by SJM's parent company Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, S.A. (STDM), recognised with two MICHELIN Stars for the team's passion, innovation, and pursuit of excellence.
Building on its culinary achievements, SJM will continue to celebrate Macau's gastronomic culture and elevate its reputation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy ever higher by promoting local culinary talent, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and supporting the promotion of "tourism + gastronomy" as Macau establishes itself as a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure.
