• SJM Resorts, Limited is the organizer of the “Giveaway ‘PEANUTS’ Chinese New Year -themed Gift Set” (the “Campaign”). For the purposes of this Campaign, “SJM Resorts” shall mean SJM Resorts, Limited (“SJM”). SJM, GLP Hospitality Services Limited (“Grand Lisboa Palace”) and other subsidiaries of SJM shall be collectively referred to as “SJM Group”.
• The Campaign is only open to all individuals at age 21 years old or above (“Participant”).
• Individuals who wish to participate in the Campaign are required to follow Grand Lisboa Palace’s official Facebook page and to follow the instructions published in the designated post on the platform. 10 winners will be randomly selected, and the list of the winners will be announced on SJM Resorts’ official Facebook page. (Please refer to “Campaign Period, Decision Date and Announcement Date” listed below)

• Each eligible participants can only win once during the whole campaign period. Winners must contact Grand Lisboa Palace within three (3) working days after the prize announcement via private message on dedicated platform with provision of real name and contact information to redeem upon verification. The collection and processing of this personal information will only be used for the purpose of the campaign. Please read Article 11 herein carefully.
• Winners who do not redeem prize within designated period of time will be disqualified and have their prizes forfeited.
• Any expired or not claimed prizes will be forfeited.
• All prizes won must be collected by the winner in person.
• All prizes are not exchangeable, refundable, transferrable or sellable to others. SJM Resorts will not be responsible for any prize lost, damaged or stolen.
• Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors, and assignees of SJM Group, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Campaign, as well as family and household members of the same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Campaign and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.
• By participating in this Campaign, each participant authorizes SJM Resorts to process, including to collect, use and store his/her personal data collected in connection with his/her participation in this Campaign for the purposes of this Campaign and for direct marketing.
• By participating in this Campaign, each participant accepts SJM’s privacy policy, available at https://www.sjmresorts.com/en .
• SJM reserves the right to amend any Terms and Conditions stated herein, including the Campaign Period and Prize list, at any time without prior notice. SJM also reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute relating to anything set out in these terms and conditions.
• Submissions via automatic or bot programs will be deemed invalid. SJM reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who jeopardize the submission process and/or the system security.
• Should any submission enclose inappropriate content, including but not limited to libel, slander, harassment, obscenity, pornography, invasion of privacy, infringement or misappropriation of another party’s copyrights, trademarks or patents, SJM reserves the right to remove the submissions without prior notice.
• Failure to adhere to the present Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification.
• SJM reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Macau SAR. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
