At Grand Lisboa Macau, Robuchon au Dôme has extended its top-tier three-diamond rating for a seventh consecutive year, while The Eight has received its fourth straight two-diamond rating. At Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, Palace Garden has debuted in the Guide with a one-diamond rating. Operated by SJM's mother company Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau, S.A. (STDM), Hong Kong's L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon has been recognised with its eighth consecutive two-diamond rating, while at Hotel Lisboa, Guincho a Galera has retained its one-diamond rank for the second year in a row.
Founded in 2018, the prestigious Black Pearl Restaurant Guide ranks restaurants according to the Chinese palate, rating establishments in major Chinese cities and overseas gastronomic hubs such as New York, Paris and Tokyo. SJM is honoured to be once again recognised in the guide for our commitment to upholding culinary excellence in Macau.
