An extraordinary gastronomy tour of Italy is happening this July at SJM's "Chefs' Table: A Symphony of Senses", featuring a sumptuous feast conducted by two culinary maestros. For this event, Head Chef Federico Pucci of Don Alfonso 1890, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-star restaurant dedicated to the culture and food traditions of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, will join forces with Chef Antimo Maria Merone of Estro in Hong Kong, an acclaimed Italian restaurant known for infusing Italian cuisine with modern techniques and creativity that has been recognised with one MICHELIN Star for three consecutive years, one DIAMOND from Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2025, and ranked No.32 on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2025. Together, these two chefs will reimagine the vibrant flavours of Southern Italy, revitalising gastronomic traditions with contemporary creativity and artistic flair.

A native of Naples, Chef Antimo's dishes are an ode to his memories of his hometown, history and childhood.
