Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto
Chef Yoshinori Kinomoto has continuously honed his meticulous skill and expertise with seafood, kaiseki and Edomae sushi over more than 28 years. As head chef of one MICHELIN Star Zuicho, he employs his sense of seasonality and culinary diversity in Japanese cuisine to create exquisite kappo cuisine with a personal and holistic experience for each diner, showcasing the immersive and interactive nature of traditional kappo culture.
Chef Yūsaku Nakamura
Okinawa native Chef Yūsaku Nakamura has amassed a wealth of culinary refinement and expertise. After traveling Asia and honing his skills at renowned restaurants, he opened KOKE in 2021 to showcase Japan's finest seasonal ingredients and honour humanity's deep connection with nature. Using meticulous precision and contemporary techniques, he interweaves the cuisine of his hometown with Spanish sensibilities, leading the restaurant to one MICHELIN Star for four consecutive years.
